African Honeymoon - the newly renovated honeymoon tented suite features a king size double bed and 80mē of living space including a seperate dressing and living room.
Elephant Pepper Camp is a traditional bush safari camp shaded by a natural forest of Ebony and Elephant Pepper trees, overlooking the Mara plains. Set away from other lodges, the camp is a step back in time with modern comforts, evenings by the campfire and dinner under the stars.
Undoubtedly the spectacular annual migration of wildebeest and zebra is one of the greatest wildlife marvels, but this is by no means the only feature of this natural world heritage site. The Masai Mara is home to enormous herds of plains game, the big cats and elephant as well as colourful birds, small game, riverine wildlife and stunning scenery.
Extended game drives each day in open sided vehicles, some night drives and guided bush walks make up your game viewing experience.
In order to preserve this special area Elephant Pepper Camp is seasonal and is completely dismantled for 3 months of the year, leaving no trace behind. Revenue from this eco-friendly camp also goes back to the local Maasai community who make up 80% of the camp staff.
LocationElephant Pepper Camp is located in the northern Masai Mara on the Koiyaki Community Ranch, a 5-hour drive from Nairobi, in south western Kenya.

DiningThe main dining mess tent offers family style dining with a help-yourself bar. Meals at Elephant Pepper Camp are prepared by chefs trained by the owners' family using traditional North Italian recipes mixed with international and local favourites.
A barbecue by the campfire, dinner in the mess tent, and a bush breakfast or bush sundowners on the open plains are sure to be some of the culinary highlights of your stay.
Elephant Pepper Camp has 8 canvas tents with en suite dressing rooms, comfortable verandas, safari showers filled with hot water on request and flush toilets. Each tent has a sweeping view of the Masai Mara plains; with game literally on your doorstep.
4 of the tents have recently been upgraded, one of which is a honeymoon / family tent-suite while the other 3 have had an extra bay added and are now double tents.
