SEO Specialist (Mid Level)

Go2Africa is hiring an SEO Specialist on behalf of the Nawiri Group.

 

As the SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing, planning and implementing our SEO strategies. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business’ growth and success.

 

You will work closely with the Head of SEO along with our Product teams, content, developers and design team. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

Content Production Administrator (Travel Rates Specialist)

Go2Africa is hiring on behalf of JourneyPlanner – a company that forms part of the Nawiri Group.

As Content Production Administrator, you ensure the availability of high-quality product content, which is aligned to meeting the needs of platform users, in a dynamic and time sensitive environment. Travel rates and contracting details make up the majority of the content you will be working with.

 

You will be working within a team of like-minded individuals – committed to supporting our business partners and their efforts to achieve success in the sales and decision-making endeavours.

Product Administrator

Go2Africa is recruiting Product Administrators! The Go2Africa Product team takes accountability for a broad range of business functions, this includes supplier relationship management, product research and requisition, supplier training and educational travel. Product Administrators provide administrative support across many of these areas, with the goal of enhancing team effectiveness and efficiency. This role will support the Product Manager with portfolio assistance and will be responsible for building, creating and maintaining relationships with our preferred partners. The Product Administrator will be accountable for all administration and support within the portfolio and assist with general admin within the team.

Travel Consultants – Sales Experts

We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants to join us in a Sales Expert role! The Sales Expert’s core function is to convert enquirers into bookers by sharing expert knowledge and customising an itinerary perfectly suited to budget and preferences. Successful candidates must be experts in tailor-making high-end, safari-focused holidays in destinations throughout Southern and East Africa. Product Information Administrator

Go2Africa is recruiting a Product Information Administrator! This role will support the Product team members with the production and task administration cycle. The Product Information Administrator will strive to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and achievement of set objectives.

Graphic Designer

Go2Africa is recruiting for a mid-weight Graphic Designer to support our small but fast-paced Marketing team with a wide range of design-led tasks. As this is the only design-focussed role in our business, the successful candidate will be a multi-skilled lover of all things design, taking accountability for all Go2Africa design work. This means having the skills to navigate and solve challenges or making design decisions based on your experiences.

 

The role includes owning and evolving our style guide, creation of marketing collateral and digital assets, image sourcing, editing and management, video creation, and various special projects. As and when needed, the successful candidate will assist with website UX / UI design. The role also allows for contributions to be made to Go2Africa’s overall brand strategy.

The role of the Sales Director is to ensure the effective and efficient control over the growth plan of the organisation by identifying, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to accelerate growth. The key aspects of the role relate to increasing enquiry to customer conversion, overall customer satisfaction, and strategic project operationalisation. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, coupled with strong analytical and numerical skills that can turn data into actionable insight. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities.

 

The role requires both a strategic conceptualisation focus and the ability to motivate and enable teams to execute. The Sales Director is a close partner to the Managing Director, and together with the MD will report strategic and operational aspects to the Company’s board of directors.

Travel Sales Administrators

Go2Africa is recruiting Travel Sales Administrators! Sales Administrators provide administrative support to the Sales team throughout the bookings, confirmation, and travel stage of a client’s holiday. They are aligned to either 1 or 2 African Safari Experts (ASEs) and are responsible for assisting with all administrative details pertaining to a travel itinerary and the accompanying travel documentation.

Frontend Developer

Go2Africa is recruiting for the role of Frontend Developer to join its Marketing team based in Cape Town. This role, and the ideal candidate will bring knowledge of current coding practices to realise new user journeys and enhance the existing UX/UI of the Go2Africa website.

They will be working with the Marketing team and reporting to the Digital Product Manager to ensure they are working in line with the team vision.

The role is based at our Waterfront office. The company offers a hybrid working model with one in office work day per week and the rest remote.

Social Media Specialist

Go2Africa is looking for an ambitious Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our organic social media activity, and use the channel to support our lead-growth targets.

 

The goal is to gradually increase customer engagement, website traffic and enquiries by inputting to an executing our social media marketing strategy. The role requires a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Performance Marketing Specialist

Go2Africa is looking for an ambitious performance marketer to fill a newly created role that will help take our lead growth to the next level.

 

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day management and optimisation of Go2Africa’s paid digital marketing channels to grow lead acquisition at a target ROI. Our primary lead channels are Paid Search (Google and Bing) and Paid Social, and we have a fledgling Affiliate program. We’re also keen to diversify our digital lead acquisition effort by evaluating, testing and scaling new, efficient paid channels and partners, including Twitter, Spotify, Pinterest etc.

 

The Performance Marketing Specialist will need to stay up to date with travel and performance marketing trends to be able to combine hands on channel management with overseeing a digital marketing agency who support our Paid Search efforts.

Go2Africa is recruiting for a Banking and Debtors Clerk! The successful candidate will co-ordinate, control and manage all cash and bank aspects, optimize cash flow and return on cash flow. This role will also require the successful candidate to manage the debtors of the company. Assistance with general office management and additional accounting aspects is also a requirement.

Content Writer

Go2Africa is recruiting for the role of a Content Writer to join its rapidly growing Marketing Team. Working with other internal teams, this candidate will produce high-quality, engaging, brand-aligned written content across Go2Africa’s channels. In addition, this role will contribute to the team with other content creation and digital marketing responsibilities.

Safari Expert Academy

New recruits will be employed as Africa Safari Experts and afforded the opportunity to participate in Go2Africa’s structured training programme, known as the Safari Expert Academy.

The Safari Expert Academy, which has been successfully operating for over a decade, will provide 3-months of structured training. The training will equip the new hires with industry-leading sales, marketing and product knowledge, as well as including local travel and site inspections. Once the training is completed, the new hires will hit the sales floor and begin to fulfil the function of an Africa Safari Expert.

Recruitment is open to graduates, candidates with general working experience and junior travel consultants.

We are looking for a Financial Manager for our online travel business. The successful candidate will be required to effectively lead the Finance team with specific attention given to the financial and fiscal management of Go2Africa, as well as providing commercial support to the CFO and MD.

Product Administrator

In this role, the successful candidate will work in the Product Department, supporting the team and its members to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and achievement of objectives in dealings with suppliers and product.

Africa Air Expert

Go2Africa is looking for an Africa Air Expert to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for actioning quotation and ticketing requirements for our Sales Department. This role requires a focus on sales performance and high-quality service delivery to the Go2Africa Sales Department and clientele.

Rates and Data Administrator

The role of the successful candidate would be to maintain and manage the availability, accuracy and relevance of supplier-related information on Go2Africa’s Data Management Systems.

Production Assistant

In this role, the successful candidate will be required to facilitate a seamless production workflow process by providing support to the Production team.

Head of Brand

Go2Africa are seeking a highly experienced sales and marketing professional to help deliver their next phase of growth.

 

This new role has a focus on brand, retention, and comms, and will be the custodian of Go2Africa’s brand positioning and messaging across all channels of communication and materials. A key aspect of the role will also include overseeing a lead generation strategy from offline channels, an area Go2Africa is looking at expanding.

 

With a remit to grow the current marketing team of 6, an external US based PR agency, this role reports into the CEO and will become a key member of the Go2Africa Leadership team.

 

Collaboration will be required both with digital acquisition strategy (paid search, paid social, affiliates and SEO) and website development, which are managed centrally at Group level. You would also work closely with our Sales Director / CSO to ensure effective conversion of offline leads generated by the sales team.

Africa Travel Coordinator

In this role, the successful candidate will support our sales consultants (known as Africa Safari Experts) by ensuring that all clients receive e-documentation within 30-plus days of travel. This includes sales administration and reconfirmation of all services. You will also undertake toll-free call and enquiry management, and reception relief.
